Whole30 Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of shredded angle hair cabbage
  • 4 cups of shredded purple cabbage
  • 1 tbsp of grain mustard
  • 1/2 to 1 cup of Whole30 compliant mayo, I usually add small and then add more if needed.
  • 3 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • S&P to taste

Instructions

BUY pre-shredded/bagged cabbage, AIN'T no shame in your game.

Mix all ingredients into a bowl.

Refrigerate at least 2-hours before serving.

Give it all one more BIG toss before serving.
