Crispy Sweet Potato Fries
I love to make these, they are great for easy weeknight meals or they are a real crowd favorite when having friends and family over for summer BBQs. OR ANYTIME REALLY!
I just love this crispy little guys. SO EASY to make on a weeknight. I love to serve them with Tessemaes Habanero Ranch dressing!
Crispy Sweet Potato Fries Pre-Heat Oven to Bake 425 Scrub and Wash the Sweet Potatoes Cut hard pointed ends off Slice a small piece off the potato so that you can rest that flat area on the cutting board for stability when slicing Cut the potato in slices length wise about a quarter to a half inch think The cut the slices into fry shapes (I can usually get 3 or 4 fries out of each slice of sweet potato) Drizzle with Avocado or Extra Virgin Avocado Oil Add the seasonings over the fries, I like my fries with quite a bit of seasoning but be careful with the salt Toss with your hands so that the oil and seasoning covers each fry Bake at 425 for 45-minutes, I only toss once so they will get really crispy Enjoy You can also use Olive Oil but, when using high heat Avocado Oil does seem to work better because the high heat can change the composition of the Olive Oil. I also think they get more crispy with Avocado Oil and everyone wants a CRISPY FRY!!!!!!
