Add one tortilla in the middle of the pan, sprinkle a little bit of cheese on it.

Add a spoonful of the spinach and onions mixture on the cheese and spread the ends of the tortilla.

Lay 4 squash blossoms in a circle with the stem end in the middle of the tortilla where the petals extend just past the edge of the tortilla.

Add another sprinkle of cheese to hold the Q together.

Once melted and crispy on one side flip to get the other side melted and crispy.

Remove from the pan, let sit a minute or two and then slice into quarters with a pizza slicer.
