Sanchez Chimichurri

Chimmy, Chimmy, Churri.  I LOVE this stuff, it’s a great addition to a nice skirt or flank steak for a little extra good fat and flavor!

Gather all of these ingredients and let’s get going!  It’s best if you can make this at least an hour before use.  You do not want to store the left overs in the fridge, Olive Oil doesn’t like the cold, it has no coat so…..  I usually put the leftovers in a plastic or glass storage container and leave it out on the counter.  It’s usually good for a day.  Whole30 compliant too!

Sanchez Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of fresh parsley (chopped; fine to medium)
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp (about 4 cloves) fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • S&P to taste

Instructions

Add olive oil to a measuring cup

Chop parsley and garlic, add to olive oil

Add paprika, red pepper, oregano, S&P and white vinegar
